  • Rest of Europe:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Nescens is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim if your package is lost or stolen. We can assist with necessary documentation if needed.
